Keeps distinct provider pricing identities separate when same-name models share a half-hour bucket. Incremental sync and daily snapshot slots preserve both provider records, preventing the first provider's rate from being applied to all usage.

Includes the local harness support from v0.2.66. Validated with 153 collector tests, typecheck, build, and npm package checks.
