Collectors now fetch and cache the configured server's versioned public pricing catalog. New model rates and context thresholds apply before usage aggregation without a collector package update; offline operation uses the last validated cache or bundled estimates, and older servers remain compatible.

Pi forks are compared against the parent's active ancestor path, preserving spent sibling requests while excluding copied history. Includes the Grok Build, ZCode, Antigravity, Kimi Code, OpenClaw, OpenCode v2, Gemini, Codex, and provider-bucket fixes from v0.2.66-v0.2.67. DeepSeek Harness support is retained.

Validated with 156 collector tests, typecheck, build, package checks, and 154 server tests. Catalog requests contain no usage data or authentication token.
