Read Codex JSONL and Zstandard rollouts in active and archived sessions. Deduplicate plain/compressed copies, retain fork and compaction accounting, handle migration races and torn final frames, and preserve measured scan progress. Includes the already-published 0.2.75 shared CLI backend without replacing main desktop implementation. No new telemetry or permissions. Verified with upstream-schema fixtures, 180 CLI tests, desktop interface checks, and package validation.
