Fixes collection and synchronization of large local histories, including compressed Codex rollouts supported since 0.2.76.

  • Merge large event and source lists without exceeding JavaScript function argument limits.
  • Reuse model pricing within each aggregation while applying refreshed catalog rates on the next scan.
  • Allow up to 180 seconds for ingest payloads larger than 1 MiB in the CLI and native desktop transport. Explicit CLI timeout overrides still apply.

Validation: 182 tests, TypeScript checks, production build, and a clean installation of the packed npm CLI passed. Local and cloud history totals were checked after backfilling compressed logs on macOS.
