Partial answers for multi-step questions (PR #59, a re-land of #57 with a 16,000-character label cap). Replaces v1.18.32-2 and v1.18.32-3, which were withdrawn before anything shipped them.

  • PUT /question/:id/progress saves the answers picked so far, and GET /question returns them as progress on each open question. A person can finish a question after a reload or from another client.
  • Answers are bounded for replies and saved progress alike: at most 100 labels per question, each at most 16,000 characters. Anything larger is a 400.
  • Saved progress can be shorter than the question list but not longer. More entries than questions is a 400 InvalidRequestError.
  • Builds before this one answer the progress route with the web app page (200 HTML), not JSON.

Built from dev at cfde222 on bun 1.3.14. Smoke-tested with opencode serve: unknown question 404 JSON, malformed body 400, 16,000-char label accepted, 16,001 chars and 101 labels rejected with 400.
