Trackig issue: drag-and-drop improvement

Views

• support drag-and-drop of view multi-selection (currently dragging force-single-select the dragged view)

Entities

• Drag entities from the streams tree to the blueprint tree to add to an existing view.
• Drag entities from the blueprint/streams trees to any view to add it to its filter.
• Drag entities to the viewport or in-between views to create a new view with it (requires making a guess on the view type, so maybe blocked on ability to change the view kind of an existing view)

Bugs/usability issues

• Clicking a SpaceView bar immediately triggers drag-n-drop #6124
