2026-09-25. Let the agent lay things out on your canvas, film a prototype, and
call every skill by an sp- name.

  • The agent can put things anywhere on a canvas. Ask it to lay out
screenshots, video, notes or a board beside what you pasted, framed and
joined by arrows, and it places them on the canvas you have open, glowing
as it goes. You can move and resize what it placed. If you move something
of the agent's, it works around where you put it rather than moving it back.
The layout's own boards stay locked, and are outlined orange when selected so
    you can tell them apart.
  • A board shows up in an exported image. It used to come out blank.
  • A project with no icon shows none on the home page, instead of a broken
    image.
  • A new skill films the prototype. sp-create-video turns a board into a
live-action clip of someone using the product -- an office, a lift, a walk
down a corridor -- with your interface on the phone rather than a redrawn
imitation of it. It needs a BytePlus ModelArk API key of your own (Volcengine Ark in China),
and each take costs a couple of dollars, so it shoots one and shows you before going on.
  • Every skill is now named sp-. /clone-prototype is
    /sp-clone-prototype, and the same for sp-new-ui-mock, sp-define-product
and sp-brand-kit. /prototype-canvas is /sp-canvas, shorter as well as
    prefixed. The names were common words that collided with skills of your own;
the prefix says which are this app's. The app takes the old names out on its
next launch, from your agent and from the canvas's own chat, so ask for the
    new name.
