bsb should validate bsconfig.json

Very low priority...

If you forget the "name" field in bsconfig.json , bsb will not produce an error. Instead bsc will kindly ask you to provide -bs-package-name, then proceed to list all the other possible options you can provide. Then bsb will start watching your files as if nothing happened.

@glennsl if you use vscode, it has schema validation: https://code.visualstudio.com/Docs/languages/json
I think it is nice to have schema validation in bsb -doctor, but it seems quite a lot of work, for your specific case, we definitely should fail when name not found in bsb, I will create a separate issue for that

Yea, #1256 is pretty much what I meant. Just to do some basic checks before passing on the input.

we don't have enough resources to handle it, using vscode schema validation is the best practice(with auto-completion)
