Log warnings

Hey,

while using rewatch, the compiler just logs errors while using the rescript compiler, it also prints warnings.
Could we add them as well? Maybe warnings first and errors last?

I just set up a new project with create-rescript-app and selected ReScript version 12.0.0-beta.1.

I added this code

  | One
  | Two
  | Three

let a = Three

let b = switch a {
| One | Two => "hello!"
}

Then I executed npx rescript watch and saw this in the output:

  Warning number 8
  /Users/florian-cca/Desktop/test-rescript-12/lol/src/Demo.res:8:9-10:1

   6 │ let a = Three
   7 │ 
   8 │ let b = switch a {
   9 │ | One | Two => "hello!"
  10 │ }
  11 │ 

  You forgot to handle a possible case here, for example: 
  | Three

Maybe your setup is more complicated or an edge case? Can you create a repro?

Hmm... I don't get it... While upgrading one project, it logs warning. Upgrading another one, it doesn't.
Removing node_modules and the lib folder, running rewatch again, I had problems with some dependencies. So to don't mess with my existing project, I copied it, started rewatch again and voilà, it works like expected.

So probably a migration issue. Closing this issue.
