Live refresh not working in sub directories

Describe the Bug

This is a new issue to re-report that Live Refresh is not working when you have templates in subfolders. Please see #2304 (comment)

It was reported to be fixed in v4.2.8 but multiple people are still having this issue even on fresh projects.

To Reproduce

Fresh install, add templates to /email/templates/account/my-email.tsx. Changes to this file no longer get automatically refreshed

Expected Behavior

All file changes within the chosen root directly and all sub-directories should trigger a refresh / rebuild

@AaronLayton Heyy !! , I have been trying to replicate this issue locally but the Live refresh works fine for me , could you elaborate regarding the issue a little bit more

Tried to reproduce as well, and as @Ms3314 mentioned, this seems to be working just fine.

Will close it as not planned for now, if someone shares a reproduction for this issue I'll reopen.

@Ms3314 @gabrielmfern Thanks for checking this out both. I have recorded the below video showing what the problem is.

emails in the root email folder, work when pressing CTRL+S to update.
move the same email to a sub folder and it no longer watches for changes

Edit: Note this was on ^4.2.8 where the bug was supposedly fixed. I haven't touched the project in a beat, so will try locally and update to the latest version now and see if the problem persists

@AaronLayton Maybe that is Windows related? Can't seem to reproduce it myself, works just fine in sub folders. But then the issue isn't with directories outside the emails directory, updating the title and reopening.
