Replace dom-inspector with Chrome DevTools Protocol way of enabling elements inspector #202

The current implementation of the inspector(using dom-inspector) has some issues. Sometimes the click to inspect an element actually clicks the element, a better solution will be to use the Chrome Devtools Protocol to enable this feature.
