The protocol war wasn't always correctly registered by the servlet extension.

Actually, the war client is correctly set, the topic is about the context of the application and the moment it is set.

Following the StackOverFlow question I set up the following elements:

• web.xml: define my own Component called MainComponent.

• MainComponent: attach the application after the component has been started

Then, any calls that use the WAR protocol will succeed if calls are done from the Application#start method, or the Application#createInboundRoot method.
