Jetty 9 connector

Jetty 9 requires JVM 7, so it might not be officially supported in Restlet for a while (Restlet 2.2 is based on JVM 6).

Until then, I will maintain a Jetty 9 connector for Restlet 2.2.

Please help test it, open issues, and of course submit patches!

In the future, this extension might be merged into Restlet.

Set milestone to 3.0 M1 which will require Java 7.

BTW, does it include support for SPDY?

Hm, I don't know -- I'm doing very barebones initialization of Jetty, and didn't come across any config option to specifically enable SPDY. I think SPDY is actually handled with an extension library that needs to be added and needs to be initialized differently.

I agree, it's a terrific Jetty feature. I'll put it on the wishlist for now. If you don't get around to implementing it, I will.

@tliron I have merged your contribution into the master branch and added hooks to the test suite (HTTP and HTTPS, client & server combinations). Some of those tests fail with Jetty client connector and need to be debugged.

I'm having difficulties getting server-side HTTPS working with Jetty 9. Basic unit tests don't work.

It worked when I tested a while ago, I will try again. (The Restlet tests have never worked for me, so I ignore them ... maybe I should try them again, too.)
