Switch the unit tests from XUnit.Net to NUnit

I've been running into trouble with XUnit.Net so I'm going to be migrating the tests to NUnit

Really? What trouble have you been having? Generally I've only seen projects going the other way, to xunit from something else.

Also, with xunit 2.0 round the corner, there are big gains to be had. /cc @bradwilson

Part of it is because I'm having trouble with some of the tests running on the CI server. XUnit seems to treat strings differently when running the console in different environments. Whereas the tests work great anywhere with NUnit. Add that to the fact that I've always used NUnit and am more familiar with it.

Thanks, looks like app veyor still failed for some reason. I'll look at it when i have a chance or if you don't get to it first

@hallem Yea I added a comment about that one in the PR. It seems to be an issue with SimpleServer. It is a strange class. The unit tests that I changed did pass when executed in AppVeyor. So the change itself is good. Is there a way to rerun AppVeyor builds?

I just told it to rebuild... we'll see how that goes. I'm not sure if it will update github though.
