What changed

The three programs ship under one number, and this is the window's release —
see its own changelog for what moved there. What changed here:

Fixed

  • rustls moved to 0.23.45, which closes GHSA-2mjx-qc3c-rqvc. The
    advisory is a conformance fault rather than an interception one: rustls
    accepted handshake messages that spanned a key change, which RFC 8446
    forbids, and the transcript stays authenticated throughout — so somebody on
    the network cannot alter or complete a handshake with it. It reaches this
    program through reqwest, which talks to one host over HTTPS.

  • The panel, its manifest and the banner carry 0.5.0, so a build does not
    offer a module newer than itself.
