It includes the first official version of PCNE.

Added the GC-correction mode

  • --gc-correction: enable GC-correction via the new GC_correction.R script
  • --gc-frac: specify the LOESS smoothing frac to be used
  • --gc-window: specify the window-size for GC-correction
  • --gc-plot: generate a plot with GC-correction
