Show the index number in front of the variable value in the statusbar. This should improve the selecting of a variable, when a dashboards contains multiple variables.
Don't update the rows in a modal if a number for selecting an index is entered. The recalculation of the row values was visible to the user if he entered a number to select an index. Now selecting a index feels smoother.

Statusbar: Prefix the variable values in the statusbar with their corresponding index, wich is used to open the modal.
Modal: Don't recalculate the values for the rows, when the user enters an index. It now feels smoother, when entering a number to select a row.
