• Hide to tray no longer exits while the gateway is still serving. The
  tray polled /health every 10s and closed itself after 3 consecutive
  misses, with a 2s probe budget. A gateway that is answering, but slowly,
  misses every probe exactly like a gateway that is gone: under a large
  prompt or a synchronous GC, /health cannot answer inside 2s, so three
  polls in a row missed and the icon exited while the gateway was still
  serving. carte --tray looked fine only because it starts idle and never
  carries that load.

  The miss count is now a wall-clock window: a gateway that is truly gone
  stays unreachable and still closes the tray promptly, while a gateway that
  is merely busy answers often enough to reset the clock. The probe budget is
  15s — far longer than a healthy answer takes, far shorter than the poll
  interval.

• Tests for the in-flight backstop sweep, which had none. The sweep is
  the only thing that reaps a flight whose finalizer never ran. These pin
  that a flight past its deadline plus the hard grace is released, that one
  inside the window is not, that a deadline moved by a live stream is
  followed, and that reaping is idempotent.
