v.4.7.6
Docker:
docker pull ghcr.io/rix1337/quasarr:latest
Python:
uv tool upgrade quasarr
The DOX hierarchy required agents to read and maintain nested instruction files, much of which repeated information available in the code. Replace its 14 child files with one root AGENTS.md and 25 focused Trail learnings that preserve architectural decisions, reasons, and constraints.
Agents must use Trail first and stop with an installation command if it is missing. The root rules retain the ban on real source hostnames and require running pre-commit and accepting its edits. Those two rules are also learnings 01 and 02. Documentation policy moves into a learning, including native Trail headings and preserving committed decisions when a later note supersedes them.
Add a privacy check before pre-commit can stage files. It checks both working and staged Trail content for domains, credential assignments, personal author metadata, absolute paths, unsafe references, symlinks, and tracked caches. Shared notes use a generic author and repository-relative references. Generated maps stay gitignored and are built locally; collaboration shares the learnings through Git.
Update CONTRIBUTING with the setup and verification commands, without pinning the Trail version. Keep the dependency refresh and version bump to 4.7.6 produced by pre-commit. No user configuration or source-hostname changes are required.
Validation:
uv run python -X utf8 pre-commit.py: lint, formatting, and all 493 tests pass.uv run python check_trail.pyandtrail check --base origin/mainpass.- Verified decision retrieval in two separate test clones, with each generating its own map.
