Introduced the Knowledge & Values extension: CRUD modules for Values and Knowledge entries, a distillation pipeline (core/distillation/), and new MCP tools for managing Values entries and triggering distillation.
Added secret detection to Values and Knowledge services so that entries containing potential secrets cannot be promoted.
Added benchmark tests for Knowledge / Values search with response-time thresholds, and registered a dedicated benchmark pytest marker.
