Support for surface tension forces will likely be added in the next addon version (1.0.5). Surface tension will be added to the World Settings Panel as a 'strength' parameter similar to the viscosity UI:
Surface tension forces act on the fluid surface in the negative direction of surface normal (using convention that normals point outwards). The magnitude of force corresponds to how sharp the curvature is at a point on the surface. Convex curvatures (positive curvature) result in inward pointing surface tension forces, convex curvatures (negative curvature) result in outward pointing surface tension forces. The surface tension parameter would control the scale of the surface tension forces.
