Resolve ReplicatedStateName through each replay's name table instead of
assuming fixed state indices
(#288). Replays where index
67 is Active previously collapsed live play to about one second, emptying
positioning, movement, boost, and kickoff stats. Other replays now also
exclude pre-match Countdown frames from live play.
Stats frame game_state now carries canonical codes
(GAME_STATE_KICKOFF_COUNTDOWN, GAME_STATE_GOAL_SCORED_REPLAY, now public)
or None, not the raw name-table index. The raw value is still available via get_replicated_state_name and the ndarray/replay-data exports.
The replay player's pre-kickoff timeline compaction no longer assumes the Active state is index 54.
