Add @typescript/native (npm alias of typescript@^7) for a new
'typecheck' script (tsconfig.json + tsconfig.jest.json, --noEmit),
wired into pixi (typecheck, check) and CI. typescript stays on 6.x for
ts-loader, ts-jest and typescript-eslint, mirroring Positron/VS Code.
