Remove redundant encryption layer

Iroh already provides E2E encryption via QUIC/TLS. The additional password-based encryption layer added UX friction without meaningful security benefit.

  • Removed Security section from settings
  • Removed encryption modal and related code
  • Simpler, faster sync without extra encrypt/decrypt steps
