raft new: App type question (#12)

• general: the usual defaults, unchanged.
• battery: defaults to WiFi only, no web server and no I2C. With WiFi:
  • WiFi starts on demand and connects straight to the remembered access point;
  • no access point or mDNS;
  • 2.4 GHz only on the ESP32-C5;
  • RaftCore's wifi-fast-connect sdkconfig fragment is selected;
  • the generated README explains how to start WiFi and set per-device values (w, wifiip, the MQTT broker).
• Every later question still works, and --set answers win over the type's defaults.
• Without I2C the device manager isn't built in (RAFT_DEVICE_MANAGER OFF, about 100 KB smaller), whatever the type.

raft devtypes: record warnings (#11)

• raft devtypes acknowledge <key>...: accepts a device type record's warning, for example the CaliPile's general call on every bus slot.
• raft devtypes push: lists the warnings of the records being pushed and asks before sending (--yes skips the question).
• Needs RaftCore 1.65.0.
