Unsigned builds of pinna (CLI and MCP server) and pinna-studio. macOS: the first start is blocked by Gatekeeper; allow it under System Settings > Privacy & Security, or run xattr -d com.apple.quarantine pinna-studio pinna in the unpacked folder.
