This version updates the magic-sys crate dependency to major version 0.4,
which is a breaking change under certain conditions.

Check the magic-sys v0.4 changelog
for details about differences, e.g. the build requiring libmagic v5.39+ with pkg-config or vcpkg
and changes to supported environment variables.

This magic crate now also has libmagic API version features you need to enable for correctness,
matching your targeted libmagic version, e.g. libmagic+v5-45.
The implicit default is still the v5.38 libmagic API.
