This PR ensures source distributions include the LICENSE.txt and COPYRIGHT.txt, more in line with how robotframework does.
Motivation: I'm looking to package this for conda-forge to support conda-forge/robotframework-seleniumlibrary-feedstock#9, and will be manually including these files. Even if the terms of a package's license doesn't strictly require the license, we always include them anyway for compliance checking.
