What’s new in CopyDing v1.2.0

  • Optional alerts when a mouse-clicked Copy button or Copy menu item fails.
  • New Success Sound setting with three choices: Off, ⌘C only, and Any clipboard change.
  • Settings are remembered between launches.
  • Clipboard monitoring checks only whether the clipboard changed. It does not read or store copied content.
  • Lightweight behavior: mouse monitoring runs only when its option is enabled, and clipboard polling runs only in Any clipboard change mode.
  • Added automated tests and updated the build workflow.

CopyDing remains a small, open-source macOS menu-bar utility for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13 or later.
