Frodo CLI 5.0.0-12

Added

• Added frodo journey validate, which checks journey references in tenant journeys (-i or -a) or in export files (-f, or -A -D for a directory of separate files). Every finding is reported. The command fails when there are errors; --strict makes warnings fail it too (#871).
• Journey imports now validate journey references first. Errors stop the import; warnings are printed and do not. This applies to frodo journey import, frodo config import, frodo config-manager push journeys and frodo promote. Pass --no-validate to any of them to skip validation and restore the previous behavior; see MIGRATION.md. Journey exports print a per-journey warning summary and are never blocked by validation findings (#871).

• Updated frodo-lib to version 5.0.0-12, which removes all function and constant exports from the package root, retaining only frodo, state, and FrodoError. This change requires CLI adaptations to use the frodo facade for library APIs. (#877)
• Transitioned MCP, terminal-theme, and managed-schema operations to use the frodo facade, ensuring compatibility with the updated frodo-lib. (#870)
