Added

  • Introduced inline deployment badges in place of cloud-only help sections, aligning root help groups with README command tables. This change enhances the clarity and usability of command groupings. (#767)

  • Root help groups now mirror the README's command tables, with a new structure: "Commands," "Utilities," and "Continuous integration." This reorganization improves navigation and accessibility. (#767)
  • Redesigned the README command reference: the long command table is replaced by three focused tables (Commands, Utility commands, Continuous integration commands) with per-operation checkmark columns and [Cloud-only] badges. The Node.js version matrix now reflects the tested CI matrix of each release line and includes a 0.x column. (#764)
  • The cloud-only command families (log, dcc, esv, debug, feature, iga) now declare their deployment types explicitly instead of inheriting them from their sub-commands, so a future sub-command cannot silently drop a family from the cloud-only marking. Internal; no change in behavior. (#765)

Removed

  • Breaking: Removed legacy command aliases, including direct-configuration-control, logs, connection, connections, policyset, details, and ig. Users should now use the canonical commands like frodo dcc, frodo log, frodo conn, frodo authz set, frodo realm describe, and frodo agent gateway. The add alias of frodo conn save is retained. This change may require users to update their scripts and workflows. (#766)

Fixed

  • Updated e2e tests to use a shared 50MB exec helper, addressing issues with stderr maxBuffer length exceeded errors. This change improves test reliability and unblocks the release process. (#768)
