pnpm kit:upgrade and the rename now write .rocketflare.json in Biome's layout, so a copy's own pnpm lint passes on the stamped file instead of failing on the arrays JSON.stringify spread over several lines.

  • scripts/lib/json-format.mjs (new, with json-format.d.mts): formatJson(value) — objects expanded, an array of primitives on one line when it fits in Biome's lineWidth (100).
  • scripts/upgrade.mjs (writeManifest) and scripts/rename.mjs (stampManifest): write through formatJson.
  • apps/web/tests/config/json-format.test.ts: the layout rules; apps/web/tests/kit-only/json-format-manifest.test.ts: the kit's own manifest round-trips byte for byte.
  • Why: every upgrade left a .rocketflare.json format lint error behind, which cost a fix turn in an unattended upgrade (Launch's) and a confusing red gate anywhere else.
