Release 3.0.2

Release 3.0.2 replaces releases 3.0.0 and 3.0.1, which had severe issues of reliability and performance.

This release contains the following major change:

• Disable use of a single multi-message ioctl to read EDIDs. This was introduced
  in release 3.0.0 to handle displays whose EDID otherwise failed to read. Under
  certain conditions, this had a severe performance impact if there was no
  EDID to be read. It may also have triggered an otherwise unexplained amdgpu
  driver crash that was reported.

Lesser but noteworthy changes:

• Fixes build failure with configure --disable-usb
• Command configure --disable-drm now terminates with an error message.
  Building without DRM has not worked for some time.

The development branch is now 3.0.3-dev.
