KWANDO is an open-source dashboard for Monte Carlo simulations, designed to help teams forecast delivery dates and capacity using real historical data. Built with Python and Panel, KWANDO makes probabilistic forecasting accessible and easy to use.

Getting Started

1. Install Python 3.12+ and uv
2. Clone the repo and install dependencies:

   git clone https://github.com/rodbv/kwando.git
   cd kwando
   uv sync

3. Run the dashboard:

   uv run panel serve src/dashboard.py

4. Open your browser at the URL shown in the terminal (typically http://localhost:5006)
