Installation

1. Download Source code (zip) and extract
2. Download python-portable.zip and extract into the ImageBuddy folder
3. Run run.bat

First Run

• Base dependencies install automatically (~50MB)
• Choose GPU (~2.5GB) or CPU (~200MB) for AI features
• Florence-2 model (~3GB) downloads on first AI use

Requirements

• Windows 10/11
• NVIDIA GPU (optional, for faster AI)
