SqlOS 11.1.1 fixes concurrent email signup so competing submissions of the same valid code produce one account and normal rejection responses instead of a database uniqueness error.

Highlights

  • Claim signup artifacts before account creation inside the relational transaction for hosted, headless and direct signup.
  • Roll back the claim if later signup work fails, preserving valid retries.
  • Publish matching SqlOS NuGet and @sqlos/headless npm versions.
