Contrast fixes

Nothing breaks and no API changes. Text now meets 4.5:1 and icons and the focus ring 3:1 against what they sit on, in light and dark. Visual changes to expect:

• Data tables: the resting sort icon on sortable columns is darker (75% opacity, was 30%) and goes to full on hover and focus.
• Nested tables: a table inside an expanded row now keeps a visible outline on the grey band around it. In dark, its header bar is a little lighter so the column labels stay readable.
• Dark primary text: RuiTextField and RuiTextArea with color="primary" or color="secondary", and the RuiFileUpload link and icon, use the lighter tone in dark, as buttons and chips already did.
• Chip close icon: 80% opacity, was 60%.
• Focus ring: drawn from a new --rui-focus variable: primary in light (unchanged) and primary-lighter in dark, where it was hard to see on raised surfaces.

Dark primary itself is unchanged and stays a fill colour. If your app writes text-rui-primary for text, add dark:text-rui-primary-lighter to keep it at 4.5:1 in dark.
