Release v0.6.5

This release improves Responses tool-call conversion, streaming usage accounting, and macOS autostart reliability. It also adds Claude Code session forwarding to OpenCode Go.

New Features

• Forward x-claude-code-session-id as x-opencode-session on OpenCode Go requests, with a generated UUID when no session ID is supplied. (#166)

Bug Fixes

• Return stop_reason: "tool_use" for function calls in both non-streaming Responses conversion paths. (#173)
• Repair whitespace around Responses tool-argument keys while preserving numeric literals, string escapes, and other value bytes. If trimming would cause keys to collide, preserve the original arguments for client validation instead of discarding a value. (#173)
• Record terminal Responses streaming usage instead of reporting zero tokens when upstream usage is available. (#165)
• Preserve the Homebrew stable binary symlink in macOS launchd configuration so autostart survives upgrades and Cellar cleanup. (#164)

Improvements

• Buffer streaming tool arguments without repeatedly copying the accumulated input, reducing allocations for large tool calls. Add regression tests, fuzz coverage, and a streaming allocation benchmark. (#173)
