• Local Agent Usage History & Redesigned Dashboard: Persist Agent usage records into a local SQLite database (agent_usage.db) with fast incremental synchronization and permanent history retention. Rebuilt the Agent Usage dashboard with custom range and granularity controls, multi-select Agent filters, token/cost/cache KPI cards with sparklines and period comparison, trend and token mix charts, an activity card with all-time calendar and 30-day hourly heatmaps, and detailed model and Agent statistics. Added configurable background sync intervals (5 minutes to 1 hour, or disabled) under Data Management (#564).
