SHA-256: e5b3e32b59af1af043ea8fa5591d4425e2176892348f4a959f3ec944428b6f37
Fixed
- No more keychain password prompts for the ntfy access token and fallback URL after every update. MeetAlert now saves and reads them through macOS's
securitytool, which every version can use without a prompt. If you saw the prompt before, click Always Allow once.
v1.6.0
SHA-256: 723b0b8670712024762e3fbf799d40e42c667302fbbe3afaae6490536b56db21
- Authenticated ntfy. Optional access token (Settings → ntfy, stored in the macOS Keychain) for password-protected servers. Sent only to the configured server, including inside the ACK / Snooze buttons.
- Fallback topic URL. Optional (Keychain): if the main publish fails, the alert is posted there without buttons or credentials.
- Pushes carry the
meetalerttag first and a sender / flow / event / log footer; every send is logged to~/Library/Logs/MeetAlert.log. - ntfy stays optional: an empty topic means desktop-only, as before.
v1.5.8
SHA-256: c9b59fb93237bf61ea6bc9130960cc880ed5cdc48af907eff8edbed586f73240
Releases are now signed with a stable identity, so permissions survive future updates. After this one update you may need to re-allow Calendar access (and notifications) once.
v1.5.7
v1.5.6
SHA-256: f15aaa94bb71ce28b72f40f3f4c2b559c66b4d547e5cfe1aceac1bee066f1770
- Universal build: now runs on Intel Macs (arm64 + x86_64).
- README and wiki polish: install one-liner, Requirements block, macOS 15+ first-launch steps, icon and screenshots.
v1.5.5
v1.5.4
SHA-256: 03f09bfae49191d73251891641901ea8a8b66fd8328b745ae6a5416c1db8b24d
Fixes MeetAlert doing nothing at all in 1.5.2–1.5.3 (no alerts, menu showing "No upcoming meetings") when built with the macOS 27 SDK. The app started one internal store but bound the menu and Settings to another, unstarted one. Touching Settings on 1.5.2/1.5.3 could also reset config.json to defaults, so re-check your ntfy topic and calendar selection after upgrading.
