From lib/rspec/rails/example/controller_example_group.rb:22. Grep says TemplateAssertions isn't defined anywhere in the rspec-* beta.6 packages

Which version of rails are you using?

rails 3.0.0.beta doesn't define ActionController::TemplateAssertions.
rails 3.0.0.beta2 does.

@phs - that's correct - we're playing a little game of cat and mouse here, but the latest rspec beta is going to aimed at the latest rails beta.
