What's Changed

Breaking changes

• Upgrade selfsigned to v5. Certificate generation now uses WebCrypto and @peculiar/x509, removing the node-forge dependency. The selfsignedOptions.days option has been removed; use selfsignedOptions.notAfterDate instead. The default certificate validity remains 30 days.
• Require Rsbuild v2. Rsbuild v1 is no longer supported. Upgrade @rsbuild/core to v2 and use Node.js ^20.19.0 || >=22.12.0.
• Publish as a pure ESM package. The CommonJS build has been removed. Use ESM import or dynamic import() to load the plugin.
• Move the default certificate cache. Certificates are now stored in <project>/node_modules/.cache/basic-ssl instead of the plugin’s installation directory. A new certificate will be generated on first use after upgrading. Explicit outputPath settings continue to work.
