Fixes rubocop#113. This PR fixes an error for `Minitest/AssertEqual` and some cops when using `assert` with block argument.

This PR fixes an error for
Minitest/AssertEqualand some cops when usingassertwith block argument.Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

bundle exec rake default. It executes all tests and RuboCop for itself, and generates the documentation.
