Move test directory to test/json same as layout of other default gems

I sometimes confused between this repository and ruby/ruby like this:

$ git log test/json
fatal: ambiguous argument 'test/json': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
