Remove dead links

Fixes #49

I ran https://lychee.cli.rs/ against the README and found

     [404] https://github.com/HuobiGroup/huobi-chain
     [404] https://github.com/QANplatform/its_alive

🔍 120 Total (in 1s) ✅ 118 OK 🚫 2 Errors

Removed them both:

• Huobi appears to be dead, 404s for homepage
• QAN appears to be active, but their org has no Rust projects.
