Bumping toml broken mdbook-svgbob #2019

Problem
The update of the toml dependency broke mdbook-svgbob: boozook/mdbook-svgbob#25.
The change was made in 0e1384b. From looking at the diff alone, I'm not actually sure how bumping a transitive dependency like this could break mdbook-svgbob.
