Mostly structural and language updates to the guide's summary.md chapter:

Simplified and clarified language here and there
Fixed a few minor typos
Made all possible elements a part of the numbered list
Added examples for elements that didn't have one
Include the guide's SUMMARY.md at the end as a complete example
