We will need the sequence number in order to connect an active execution with subsequent stdin data.
We will return this to allow sending stdin data without worrying about maintaining the multiplexed ID ourselves.
Previously, we always added the menu immediately after the triggering button. This can mess with CSS based on first/last child.
This will allow us to more easily reuse them for stdin interactions. As a bonus, the HTML structure feels much cleaner.
This has some *minor* styling changes that make hover and click states a wee bit more noticeable.
The previous border would create an issue when the arrow was attached to the bottom of the pop up. This replaces the border with a dark shadow.
This allows executing programs that read until output is complete.
