v0.3.7 - Hotfix release

This release fixes an issue on Windows with VST3 plugins not having the correct window size on first load, when the screen's system DPI is different than 100%.

This bug could potentially hang some hosts (e.g. Bitwig), hence a backported fix.
This fix is also present on the v0.4.x branch and will be published shortly.
