Patch release: @claude-flow/cli, claude-flow, ruflo 3.63.8, plus standalone @claude-flow/memory 3.1.0.

Fixed

  • @claude-flow/memory 3.1.0 adds ControllerRegistry.set(). The CLI's memory bridge already called it to register controllers it builds itself, but the method did not exist, so those registrations were silently dropped. set() closes any instance it replaces. The agentdb the CLI installs (3.0.0-alpha.20) does not ship the MutationGuard, AttestationLog or GuardedVectorBackend files, so those stay off. What does change: when agentdb's own ReasoningBank is unavailable, the intelligence module's local ReasoningBank is now really registered (#4549, #4550).
  • agentdb_pattern-store and agentdb_pattern-search use the same backend when that local ReasoningBank is registered. Before, the store wrote to the SQL pattern namespace while search read the local bank, so a stored pattern could not be found once the bank held other patterns. Search also falls back to the SQL namespace when the bank has no match (#4567).
